Professional Details provides experience and successful meeting planning, on-site event management and travel consultant services for destinations throughout the U.S. and abroad.  We provide a network of reliable event management professionals with comprehensive background in event planning and management.  Planners are adaptable and creative with a history of successful events and a great reputation in the hospitality industry.

What we do . . .

Meeting planners are professional decision makers who manage all facets of meeting preparations and presentations.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to, establishing meeting objectives, site selection and inspections, budget expenses, contract negotiations, marketing, Audio Visual, technical support, registration, and on-site management.  Planners manage resources, select suppliers, train volunteers and staff, and prepare for unexpected occurrences.   More importantly, we plan to achieve your objectives and expected outcomes.

 

As Travel Consultants, we plan, manage, and execute all aspects of travel and tours.  This includes destination selection, arrange and book travel, all-inclusive resorts, Cruises, tours and events.  Professional Details specializes in school group travel, sport teams, Church and social groups. We provide years of experience in Domestic, Caribbean and International travels.
